At elevations reaching 1,850 meters, cool mountain temperatures, fertile volcanic soils, and lush growing conditions create an ideal environment for producing coffee with exceptional sweetness, clarity, and depth.
This coffee is fully washed, a process that highlights the natural character of the region. Careful fermentation, washing, and drying preserve a clean, elegant structure while allowing Bellavista’s delicate citrus and floral qualities to shine through.
